Colton's Bio

Colton Stollenmaier began speaking publicly at the age of 12. From the first speech, he knew he'd found something that felt like...life! As Howard Thurman put it, "Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive." When Colton speaks, he comes alive.

Colton's first international speaking engagement was a 2 and a half week series of presentations in Nicaragua at the age of 18. He met his future wife, Joanna, while speaking and serving in Australia one year later.

Today, Colton is an international motivational speaker and trainer, dealing with mindset, success, growth, and development. A passionate activist, Colton is powerfully driven to affect social change, global economic development, and international unity. He believes that with inherent inalienable rights comes an intrinsic ineredacible responsibility to fight for social justice and human rights everywhere. "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere" -Martin Luther King, Jr.

Colton has now spoken to hundreds of audiences, ranging in age from 5 to 105, and in socioecomonic status from absolute poverty to definitively wealthy. He has spoken in 5 continents to diverse people groups, on radio, television, and in person, to small groups and large crowds, in schools, churches, community halls, outdoors, and more.

Colton's diverse experience and dynamism enable him to speak and write engagingly and effectively to all age and people groups. His incredible thirst for knowledge and universal wisdom provide him with high quality and practical material to deliver to any audience.

His topics for speaking and writing range from Discovering Your Dreams to Cross-Cultural Communication. From Embracing Adversity to Accepting Responsibility, his empowering and uplifting messages will connect with anyone who is willing to listen.
